Adding functionality to fetch customer order references, corresponding delivery dates for the xml. Additionally a possibility to select a default bank account for xml. The delivery dates is a legal requirement in germany: if the delivery or service date is not the same date as the invoice, then this needs to be mentioned. As there can be multiple ones in Dolibarr, the latest date is used.
