Currently the flow with afterPDFCreation hook doesn't cover all scenarios

Currently the flow with afterPDFCreation hook doesn't cover all scenarios. At least I found four scenarios which where not yet covered:

• Update line in invoice draft mode is covered, but not add/delete line
• massaction to create invoices from list of orders
• massaction to recreate pdfs from list of invoices
