Internationalization of proffields

Hi, this merge request changes the way how german companies are identified. In some cases you can not just take idprof1/2 because some companies only use idprof6 (vatid, i.e. DE123456789), some only idprof 1 (tax number, i.e. 1234/4509/123) and some a comination of idprof2+3 (court + reg no., i.e. "Berlin" and "HRB12345"). this code determines which id to take for german companies and customers.
